Registration
Boys and girls, ages 5 to 14 (K to 8th grade) from Mt. Prospect, Des Plaines, Prospect Heights, Wheeling and surrounding communities are welcome. |
2010 MPFA Registration Dates
Saturday May 15th, 9am -1:30pm Rec Plex Wednesday May 19th 6pm - 9pm Rec Plex Saturday, May 22nd 9am - 1:30pm Rec Plex · Multiple tackle teams at each age group · Equal playing time, majority of teams with 16-18 players | Please note the following requirements for registration: | | 1. | Player and at least one parent must be present at registration
(a parent must sign the registration form) | | 2. | Flag football registrants will need 1 check for registration fees
(no deposit checks will be required) | | 3. | Tackle football registrants will need (2) checks for registration
(All checks should be made payable to MPFA) | | | (1 check for registration) | | | (1 check for equipment deposit - $150.00) |

(3) All families are required to work the chains & down markers. |
